Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing or using the website at www.masonryvallejo.com (the "Site"), or by requesting services from VJM Vallejo Masonry("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or request our services.
VJM Vallejo Masonry is a licensed masonry contractor based in Vallejo, CA. Our services include, but are not limited to, foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, concrete block walls, driveway pavers, walkway construction, and related masonry work. All services are provided on residential and commercial properties within our stated service areas, subject to scheduling availability and a written agreement.
Any estimate provided by VJM Vallejo Masonry - whether given by phone, email, or in writing after an on-site visit - is an estimate only and is not a binding contract until a written project agreement is signed by both parties. Estimates are based on information available at the time of assessment. If conditions at the job site differ materially from those observed during the estimate (such as hidden damage, access limitations, or unanticipated soil conditions), the actual cost may differ from the estimate. We will notify you of any material change before proceeding with additional work.
Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in a rescheduling fee or a deposit requirement for future appointments.
VJM Vallejo Masonry reserves the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, material availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any changes as early as possible.
Payment terms are specified in each written project agreement. Typical arrangements include a deposit due before work begins and the remaining balance due upon project completion. Accepted payment methods will be stated in the project agreement. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee and, for unpaid balances, may be referred to a collections process or result in a mechanics lien on the property where permitted by California law.
Where required by law, VJM Vallejo Masonry will obtain applicable building permits through the relevant local jurisdiction before commencing work. Permit fees are typically included in the project estimate. The client is responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the property for any required city or county inspections. Any delay caused by the client preventing required inspections from occurring may affect the project timeline.
Any warranty on workmanship or materials will be stated explicitly in the written project agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, our warranties do not cover:
